Rest and wild days ahead

We had a relatively short day into Leon where we checked into a super cool motel that is also a museum. The best part is….they do laundry! I know that that doesn’t sound exciting at all, but after washing out socks by hand for weeks having truly fresh clothes feels like an extravagance. An added bonus is that the city of Leon is gorgeous.

Tomorrow and the next day will test our endurance and navigation abilities. We begin the day together, but soon go our separate routes to different cities. I will be following the green dots and Cheryl will follow the orange. We will hopefully reunite along the way on Friday during our 19.6 mile hike to Astorga. 🤞

We will let you know how it goes. We will both be carrying extra snacks and water in our backpacks. I think we are both up to the challenge! Buen Camino

🥾🤞😘

Many vintage pulsation link chronographs are quite rare because they were specially ordered, presumably by doctors for the task at hand. That's why we only see a handful of pulsation-dial Rolex Daytonas or vintage Patek Philippe chronographs. And while those might be some of my favorite vintage chronographs ever, it's not really helpful for me to tell you that. Even if you link can manage the hefty price tag (a six-figure assumption), there's still the link issue of finding one.

Love the stories and pics. Sounds like so much fun. Keep them coming. Want to see some of the art. Cheryl bring me home a Spanish tile For the house. When you are done hiking .

Thanks, Carol. I feel like we are both experienced enough with Camino travel to handle it well. I’ll let you know! ❤️
