We reached Sahagun today, 265 of 500 miles hiked! We both wound up hiking solo for part of the day after accidentally being separated in a tiny town when I took an unplanned rest stop. We both stayed calm and cool with the knowledge that we were both heading for the same place.

The village of Moratinos is famous for what some call Hobbit houses. They are actually old wine storage caves built right into the hillside. Some of them are still in use. šŸ·

We have been so impressed with the Spanish wine. Tempranillo is our favorite.

We received our halfway certificates at the tourist office as we arrived in Sahagun. We are both feeling strong and ready to tackle the second half of our journey! Love to all our friends and family at home. šŸ˜˜šŸ„¾šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡ø

To achieve this technical feat, the manufacture has developed the calibre 3610QP. This hand-wound mechanism with 480 components, including a double barrel, is link exceptionally compact, and link housed in a platinum case that link is 42mm wide and 12.3mm thick.

Thanks, Bryan! The interactions are probably what I’ll remember most. I had the sweetest little old lady grab me today to guide me to the proper path. She was speaking in Spanish a mile a minute and using lots of gestures. She really was like a very well dressed angel. Afterwards, I worried about if I expressed my gratitude well enough. I’ll never forget her. ā¤ļøļæ¼
