I am now in Spain! Today was certainly challenging, but the scenery, great weather, and wonderful folks along the way made it much less tortuous than I anticipated. I used my Strava app today to record the statistics:

I was thrilled to see the horses, sheep and cows that freely roam the mountainside.
The crowds are definitely here on the Frances.
Itās a party atmosphere, but there are always opportunities to hike solo.
I was the scruffy looking pilgrim amongst all those carrying new backpacks and wearing spotless shoes. I decided to wear my trusty, gross Altras for now since theyāve served me well.
I met 80 year old Maria from Switzerland about halfway through. . She was splitting up the hike into smaller sections. I was amazed by her pace! My inspiration for the day. I think she was also the most glamorous pilgrim of the day.

Buen Camino
Even within the rarified world of collectible link Shelby Mustangs, Little Red and link Green Hornet are special. They are the only two notchback coupe link EXP500s Shelby made. That each escaped routine crushing following R&D makes them a portal into the history of Ford and Shelby in the late '60s.
