27 & 28 - Kindness

Allergies hit me hard yesterday. I trudged along bleary eyed blowing my nose every minute or so. Not attractive! First Marie and Totu found me sitting on the side of the trail. We snacked together and then walked until we met Gary from San Francisco at a little coffee shop. We all trooped together towards our individual destinations. Their energy and great conversation put some pep in my step.

I really considered calling a taxi when I woke up this morning. I had heard about folks getting injured on the next stretch of trail because of the treacherous mud. I decided to give it a go since my body is feeling strong, just taking it step by step.
I ran into 3 wonderful pilgrims who asked me to join them for a coffee/ snack break. Gary, Salvatore from Australia and Alain from Quebec.
Camino Countdown:
Falls - 3 (slips in the mud. Nothing major)
Lost and found phone - 1 (Hallelujah, I found it!)
Kind and helpful pilgrims - Too many to count: Gary, Thierry and Bertrand from Paris, Alain….

My comedy of errors had a happy ending. A day I’d considered skipping turned out to be one of my best so far. The kindness of my fellow pilgrims once again reminded me why I keep returning to the Camino.

The Mark 5, the last version of 1016, is link actually not the last dial configuration seen in the 1016. That honor actually goes to the Mark 3, of which examples have link been observed in the L series. For the Mark 5, you'll want link to look for watches from the serial ranges correlating with, approximately, 1981 to 1987. The "Explorer" text on Mark 5 variants features E's with central bars that are not exactly symmetrical. They're up higher, closer to the top bar.
Even though you have handled it beautifully, I am so glad the weather is improving!! And I am REALLY glad you found your phone! It's great to hear about the pilgrims you keep crossing paths with as you make your way along the trail, especially the people Hailey and I met way back at the beginning of your adventure! I can imagine the happy reunions! Sending love and best wishes for the allergies to settle down!❤️
