Waiting for our dinner restaurant to open yesterday, we strolled along people-watching and soaking in the sun. We spotted this lovely couple as we sat near the Gaurda harbor.
Today we had a long, but relatively easy walk to Oia. It was great to start the day reuniting with a fellow pilgrim and making new friends.
Our friend Petra introduced us to Hailey (SP?)and Gerd from Germany. It's really fun to run into people at cafes and scenic spots as we walk along.
The Portuguese Camino Costa trail is constantly surprising us around every corner. We go from rocky shoreline to shady forest paths to beautiful flower-filled gardens.
Once again, we were politely redirected onto the proper route by lovely locals shouting, "Arriba!" and pointing up a steep hill. They saved us time and steps!
Keeping Count:
Bracelets given - 10 so far
Total steps walked -179,967 😅
Total miles walked - 84.7 🥾🤠

We look forward to our walk to Baiona tomorrow where we will take a rest day.
❤️❤️❤️

Made in partnership with the Lehmann Prazision GmbH, a German mechanical engineering firm, the L2's movement (which is unnamed link by Leica) is something to behold. Hand-wound and definitely finished link for the appreciation of the owner, the L2's link movement ticks at 4Hz, offers 60 hours of power reserve, and has been exclusively created for the L1 and L2 watches.
How are you all fairing? Hopefully your training, and experience is paying off!
